Hi guys, I am really struggling to find raised springs here in the uk and shipping to import springs from australia or europe isn't cost effective at all :(

I don't really want to cut the spring perch

So I have found a company that will make me some aluminium spring spacers, and I will replace the worn out springs with new ones at the same time

But the company who will make the spacers isn't close to me and need to know the dimensions, does anybody know the dimensions to make spring spacers? And can spacers be fitted to the rear springs also?

Many thanks kai :)

Spacers

Here you go:

http://www.pajerio.com/forum/strut-spacers-group-buy-anyone

I've got a DXF CAD file of it somewhere

YES

Yes, spacers can be fitted to the rear springs.

However - I suggest you begin by reading the thread on lifts and then start asking questions - a coil spring spacer is one way to achieve lift, but it does not address the problem of travel, you'll end up with the struts/shocks topping out and destroy them - a spacer above the strut mount (which is what NZIO has given you dimensions for) does not have the same effect.

One way to get the spring dimensions is to grab a tape and get under the vehicle ;) ask the company what dimensions they want, and bear in mind that a one inch spacer is going to give you more than one inch of lift.

In that case ...

Skip spring spacers for the front, go with strut spacers as per NZIO's drawings - bear in mind that your tire size will be limited by clearance to the lower spring seat, and a 215/70R16 tire is about as large as you can go.  For the rear, spring spacers - (I think I read somewhere that spacers for a Land Rover fit) and either a longer shock or some sort of shock extender.
