Rear Lift + spacer? - 5dr 2002 Pajero IO

Hi guys looking for the best option to lift the rear further (if possible) or at least some advice on new shocks to use!

Currently have King springs KFFS-90 in the rear and KMFS-900SP in the front with spacers!

I can get spacers for the rear made up but have heard issues with brake lines and changing panhard rods (from a VK Commodore?)

If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

Measurements are as follows from ground to wheel arch currently - 

Drive side front = 820mm

Driver side rear = 825mm

Passenger front = 835mm

Passenger rear = 840mm

I have a theory the driver side spring was swapped to the passenger side accidently when the strut spacers in being put in (had both struts off the car without marking them)

Also need new rear shocks anyway so thought might be worth doing spacer lift as well (if possible!)
