My Pinin is permanent four wheel drive.  This I don't mind as the vehicle is secondary to my Pajero 2.5.  It is my second permanent 4x4; I have a Rav4 that is nearly 20 years old. I am starting to like not having a selectable transfer box for general use.  I assume I have much the same 'bits' on the rear and front axle/drive systems. I am guessing I don't have the usual on/off or engage/disengage problems associated with selectable 4WD!

My question is this;  is it a more reliable system?

Do it right, use Hammerite.

Why simpify when it is simpler to complicate.
